1) How do I begin BEP?
Intake Document Everyone must first attend an intake session. The cost for the intake session is $35.00 cash or money order, no checks are ever

WATERLOO WOMEN: 1st Friday of the even (Feb, April, June, August, October, December) at 7:00 p.m.

DUBUQUE MEN: 1st Saturday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
DUBUQUE WOMEN: 3rd Saturday of the odd (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov) at 11:30 a.m.

WEST UNION MEN: 1st Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m.
2) How many classes will I need to attend?
It is mandatory for every participant
to attend 24 sessions. You will attend one class per week. You will always attend the same class each week.

Each area offers different
class days and times. This information will be provided for you at your intake
session.
4) What is the cost to complete BEP? Link to Tuition Assistance
Total tuition cost is
$635.00 or $25.00 per session. This total amount does include the $35.00 intake
fee. Your tuition can be paid up front or at the time of your weekly session. You can never owe BEP money. You will
not be allowed to attend your group if you do not have the money for that week.
5) Is there assistance
to help with BEP tuition? Link to Tuition Assistance
There is tuition assistance available for those who qualify. Everyone will pay the full $35.00 for the intake session. Tuition assistance is based on your gross income. We do not
take deductions into consideration, including child support payments. If you
are unemployed or receiving SSI or SSDI, you would also qualify for tuition assistance.
Tuition assistance is based on the following criteria:
If you are unemployed, receiving
SSI or SSDI or earning less than $15,000.00 per year, your weekly cost would be reduced to $15.00 from $25.00.
If you are employed and earning
$15,001.00 to $19,999.00, your tuition will be reduced to $20.00 per week from $25.00.
If you are employed and earning
$20,000.00 or more per year, you will be required to pay the full tuition price of $25.00 per week.
6) How many classes
can I miss before violating out of programming? LINK TO GROUP RULES
You are allowed a combination
of three rule violations, including absences. On your 4th rule violation,
you will be allowed to restart if you attend your next scheduled session. If
you fail to attend the next scheduled session, you will be required to attend another intake/orientation session.
